「南無法世界名作法如來。彼如來授名智作菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Dharma and the Tathāgata named Maker of Dharma. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Wisdom Maker the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
