「南無多伽羅世界名智光明如來。彼如來授名善眼菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Tagara and the Tathāgata named Wisdom Radiance. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Good Eye the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
