「南無覺住世界名憂鉢羅勝如來。彼如來授名波頭摩勝菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Awakening Abode and the Tathāgata named Utpala Supreme. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Padma Supreme the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
