「南無法世界名波頭摩勝如來。彼如來授名大法菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Dharma and the Tathāgata named Padma Supreme. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Great Dharma the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
