「南無智起世界名普清淨增上雲聲王如來。彼如來授名星宿王菩薩阿耨多羅三藐三菩提記。
Namo to the world Wisdom Arising and the Tathāgata named Universal Pure Predominant Cloud Sound King. That Tathāgata conferred upon the bodhisattva named Constellation King the prophecy of anuttarā samyaksambodhiḥ.
