"Śāriputra, going past another twenty thousand Buddha-realms, there is a Buddha-world named Durjaya. There is a Buddha there named Mahāyaśas, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha. If a kulaputra or kuladuhitṛ hears that Buddha's name, joins their palms, and speaks thus: 'Namo Mahāyaśas Tathāgata'—even if someone were to make an offering of the seven precious substances equal in measure to Mount Sumeru day after day for a full hundred years, compared to the merit of hearing this Buddha's name and bowing down, it would not equal a hundredth part, nor even a calculable fraction.
