答曰：「欲治二種心：或散心、或攝心。如是作心，得出煩惱，是故念法，心作喜。」
He answers: "Because one wishes to remedy two kinds of mind: either a scattered mind or a restrained mind. Directing the mind in this way, one is able to escape kleśas; therefore, being mindful of the dharma, the mind generates joy."
