When this person advances greatly, single-mindedly and utterly revulsed by worldly activities, wishing to clearly realize the marks of the four truths and realize them to proceed toward nirvāṇa—within such a single mind, this is named the supreme worldly dharmas (laukikāgradharma). At one time he abides in four aspects: impermanence, suffering, emptiness, and non-self, contemplating one truth, because it shares the same condition as the acceptance of the dharma of suffering (duḥkhe dharma-jñāna-kṣānti). Why? He contemplates the five appropriated aggregates of the desire realm as impermanent, suffering, empty, and non-self. Within this, the mental acceptance entering wisdom, as well as the associated mind and mental factors, is named the acceptance of the dharma of suffering. Bodily action, vocal action, and formations non-associated with mind—the initial gateway to all untainted dharmas of the present and future lives—are named the acceptance of the dharma of suffering (the dharma is the untainted dharma; acceptance is faithful reception).
