「復次，舍利弗！若有行者四大麁澁——或瞋、或喜，或悲、或笑，或復腹行、或放下風——如是諸病當教急治。

"Furthermore, Śāriputra! If a practitioner's four great elements are coarse and rough—such that they are either angry or joyful, either sorrowful or laughing, or crawl on their belly, or discharge downward wind—such illnesses should be taught to be cured urgently.
