「諸蟲口中生筋色蟲（此蟲形體似筋，連持子藏，能動諸脈，吸精出入，男蟲青白、女蟲紅赤）七萬八千，共相纏裹，狀如累環，似瞿師羅鳥眼。九十八脈上衝於心乃至頂髻。

"In the mouths of these worms are born sinew-coloured worms (the bodies of these worms resemble sinews, connecting and supporting the womb, capable of moving the various channels and sucking semen in and out; the male worms are bluish-white and the female worms are red), seventy-eight thousand in number, tangled together like linked rings, resembling the eyes of a kauśika bird. Ninety-eight channels surge upward to the heart and even to the topknot."
