1.62

「見此事已，於好女色及好男色、乃至天子、天女，若眼視之如見癩人那利瘡蟲、如地獄箭半多羅鬼神狀、如阿鼻地獄猛火熱。應當諦觀自身、他身，是欲界一切眾生身分不淨皆悉如是。」

"Having seen this, when looking with the eyes upon attractive female form, attractive male form, or even devaputras and devakanyās, look upon them as if seeing a leper's worm-infested ulcers, like the forms of the Pāṇḍara ghosts and spirits that are the arrows of hell, and like the fierce burning heat of the Avīci hell. One should closely contemplate one's own body and other bodies: the bodily parts of all sentient beings in the desire realm are impure, completely like this."
