"At the fifth node, a green-coloured youth holding a jade vase pours green-coloured medicine through the anus, permeating the channels of the large and small intestines and the five viscera, and this liquid flows back out through the anus. Various filthy worms flow out along with the liquid without harming the sarpirmaṇḍa; the worms cease and the liquid is depleted. He then scatters dry green medicine among the hair and into all the pores of the entire body, causing the dry green medicine to enter from the thin skin down to the marrow, making the area beneath the heart white and the entire body increasingly supple.
