"If anyone whose mind is distracted is deceived and disturbed by the Duti ghost—or if it creates various illusory realms—they should chant and uphold this dhāraṇī, the names of the seven Buddhas, and Maitreya Bodhisattva, and single-mindedly count the breath and recite the Prātimokṣa Sūtra one hundred times; these evil ghosts will each be subdued and will never vex or disturb the fourfold assembly practicing the path."
