3.49

佛告阿難：「我涅槃後諸天世人，若稱我名及稱南無諸佛，所獲福德無量無邊，況復繫念念諸佛者，而不滅除諸障礙耶？」

The Buddha said to Ānanda: "After my nirvāṇa, if gods and worldly humans recite my name and recite 'Homage to the Buddhas', the blessings and merit they obtain will be immeasurable and boundless. How much more so for those who concentrate their thoughts and recollect the Buddhas—how could their various obstacles not be extinguished and eliminated?"
