"One ray of light shines toward the north-western direction, turning the north-west into amber ground. Upon the amber ground rise pearl mountains; upon the pearl mountains are coral trees, white jade leaves, mani flowers, golden fruits, and solar-essence stamens. Beneath the trees, there are naturally large lions whose bodies are made of the seven treasures. The lions' eyes emit great light that illuminates the amber ground, causing a great lotus flower to grow upon the amber ground, its circumference immeasurable and boundless. On each flower is a cloud of light, purple in colour; atop the clouds are nets of green pearl colour. Between the pearl nets grow golden lotuses; upon the golden lotuses is a transformation Buddha whose body is purple-golden, encircled by radiance of five colours: blue-green, yellow, red, white, and [purple]. Within each ray of light are countless transformation Buddhas; each transformation Buddha has an immeasurable assembly. These transformation Buddhas extend their broad and long tongues in just the same way! In this manner, it thoroughly illuminates the immeasurable worlds of the north-western direction, the radiance of the tongue-marks inexhaustible."
