The Buddha said to his royal father: "These one thousand monks diligently seek the Dharma without weariness or rest. In a future age, after the passing of innumerable kalpas, they will attain buddhahood, named Namo Prabhāsa Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, fully possessing the ten titles. When they attain buddhahood, the ground will be purely of golden color, adorned with rows of seven-jeweled trees and pavilions of wondrous jewels. The sentient beings in their lands will all be people of shame and repentance, purely bodhisattvas who have generated the unsurpassed resolve. In this manner, the one thousand Buddhas will appear in the world successively, just as the one thousand bodhisattvas and others of the Auspicious Kalpa will attain buddhahood in succession."
