次明飲食印，二地側相著，
水火風頭合，空附於風下，
由如食器形，腕合向前獻。

Next, the food-and-drink mudrā is explained:
Touch the two earths side by side;
Join the tips of water, fire, and wind;
Attach space below wind,
Forming the shape of an eating vessel;
Join the wrists and offer it forward.
