定慧復如前，慧垂下施願，
如是與願印，世依之所說。
適纔結此者，諸佛滿其願。

Samādhi and prajñā are again as before; drop prajñā down to grant vows.
Such a boon-granting mudrā is expounded by the Refuge of the World.
The moment one forms this, all Buddhas fulfill their vows.
