慧拳舒水火，風地押空輪，
此名一切佛，世依悲生眼。
想置於眼界，智者成佛眼。

With the prajñā-fist, extend the water and fire [fingers],
while the wind and earth press down the space wheel.
This is called the Eye Born of Compassion of All Buddhas, the Refuge of the World.
Visualize placing it upon the field of the eyes; the wise one thereby achieves the Buddha-Eye.
