定慧內成拳，舒風頭圓合，
此勝願索印，壞諸造惡者，
真言者結之，能縛諸不善。
Make inner fists with samādhi and prajñā, extend the winds so their tips join in a circle.
This Excellent-Vow Noose mudrā destroys all evil-doers;
when formed by the mantrin, it is able to bind all unwholesome things.
