爾時毘盧遮那佛住於滿一切願，出廣長舌相遍覆一切佛剎，入清淨法幢高峯觀三昧。時佛從定起，發遍一切如來法界哀愍無餘眾生界聲，說大力大護明妃。即以前大界印，其二火輪鉤屈相合，散舒風輪，名無堪忍大護印。彼真言曰：

At that time, Vairocana Buddha, abiding in the fulfillment of all wishes, manifested the mark of the broad and long tongue completely covering all buddha-fields, and entered the samādhi of the High Peak Contemplation of the Pure Dharma-Banner. Then the Buddha arose from samādhi, uttered a sound pervading the entire dharmadhātu of Tathāgatas with pity for the realm of sentient beings without remainder, and spoke the Vidyārājñī of Great Might and Great Protection. Then, from the preceding Great Boundary Mudrā, hook and bend the two tejomaṇḍalas together, and spread open and extend the vāyumaṇḍalas: this is named the Insuperable Great Protection Mudrā.
