1.32

三稱彼明已，舉印於頂上，
漸漸至於足，能焚蘊四大。
諸法本不生，自性寂滅故，
是為淨心地，故名字燒字。
既焚有情界，諸法本不生，
心性自清淨。
次觀阿字輪，一切佛加持，
色如黃金聚，其相普方等，
性不可破壞，名金剛地輪。
加持於下體（足臍），說名瑜伽座，
即金剛寶界。

Having recited that mantra three times,
Raise the mudrā above the crown of the head
And gradually bring it down to the feet;
It can burn the aggregates and four great elements.
Because all dharmas are originally unproduced
And intrinsically quiescent,
This is the purification of the mind-ground;
Therefore it is called 'syllable burning syllable'.
Having burned the realm of sentient beings,
All dharmas are originally unproduced,
And the nature of the mind is intrinsically pure.
Next, contemplate the wheel of the syllable A,
Empowered by all Buddhas,
In color like a mass of yellow gold,
Its appearance universally square and level,
Its nature indestructible;
It is called the vajra-pṛthivīmaṇḍala.
Empower the lower body (from feet to navel);
It is called the yoga seat,
Which is the vajraratnadhātu.
