次上觀唅字，
形如仰半月，青黑生大風，
威怒有大力，能持十方國，
故名大風輪。

Next, contemplate above the syllable HAṂ,
Shaped like an upturned crescent moon,
Blue-black and producing a great wind,
Majestically wrathful with great strength,
Able to hold the lands of the ten directions;
Therefore it is called the great vāyumaṇḍala.
