爾時薄伽梵即便住於身無害力三昧。住斯定故，說一切如來入三昧耶遍一切無能障閡力無等三力明妃。是密印相，當以定慧手作虛心合掌，二虛空輪並合而建立之。頌曰：
At that time, the Bhagavān immediately dwelt in the samādhi of the power of bodily harmlessness. Because he abode in this samādhi, he expounded the Vidyā-Queen of All Tathāgatas Entering the Samaya with All-Pervading Unobstructed Power and Incomparable Three Powers. The mark of this secret mudrā: with the samādhi and prajñā hands, form an open-palmed añjali (hollow-palmed gesture); bring the two void wheels together and raise them erect. The verse says:
