大毘盧遮那成就瑜伽三卷，法全阿闍梨住青龍寺而所撰集，故呼曰「青龍寺儀軌」。此慈覺、智證、容睿三師之請來也。但今所鋟，未決是孰師本。若依《安然錄》曰「睿與前本同，但以有注為異」，則宗睿之本也。若依一切奉教金剛言中注佉那佉那句，而曰「此四个字珍依經加」，是智證之本也。又五言偈頌舊本一行四句，而今改為一行三句，意如《玄軌記》。又其讎校而有未定，則冠注之，以俟後賢。

The Mahāvairocanābhisaṃbodhi Yoga of Accomplishment in three fascicles was compiled by Ācārya Faquan while residing at Qinglong Temple, and is therefore called the "Qinglong Temple Ritual Manual." It was brought [to Japan] by the three masters Jikaku, Chishō, and Sōei. However, for the edition now carved, it is undetermined whose text it is. If one follows the Catalogue of Annen, which states, 'Ei's is identical to the earlier text, differing only in having notes,' then it is the text of Sōei. If one follows the note on the phrase khaṇa khaṇa in the 'All-Command-Receiving Vajra' which says, 'These four characters were added by Chin according to the sūtra,' then it is the text of Chishō. Furthermore, where five-character verses had four lines per column in the old edition, they are now changed to three lines per column, following the sense of the Record of the Xuan Manual. Moreover, where collation has left matters unsettled, notes have been placed at the top of the columns to await future scholars.
