At that time, the World-Honoured One again abided in unimpeded power over the three times, relying on the inconceivable power of the Tathāgata's adhiṣṭhāna and relying on the samādhi of the pure adorned treasury. Thereupon, from within samāpatti, the World-Honoured One emitted the inexhaustible verbal expressions of the inexhaustible realm, and through the power of the dharmadhātu and the unequalled power of complete enlightenment, with a single sound flowing out into four places, permeated the entire dharmadhātu, equal to space and reaching everywhere.
