以如是方便，正示三昧耶，則能普增益，一切眾生類，當得成悉地，速滿無上願，令本真言主諸明歡喜，如是發願。

By such skillful means
Properly showing the samaya,
One can universally increase and benefit
All classes of sentient beings.
They will attain the realization of siddhi
And swiftly fulfill the unsurpassed vow,
Causing the lord of the original mantra and all vidyās to rejoice.
One makes the vow in this manner.
