1.11

又云：「其地處所下濕有水，即於其上密布淨板，如法加持塗拭清淨作曼荼羅亦得成就。」

It also states: “If the place of the ground is low, damp, and has water, one should lay pure planks closely over it, consecrate them according to the Dharma, wipe them clean, and construct the maṇḍala; it will likewise be accomplished.”
