「以二中指各苾在二無名指頭相柱，二小指頭開直竪相去一寸許，二大指押二無名指第二節側文，合脘脘，頭指屈頭相柱，頭指來去。」

"Press the two middle fingers against the tips of the two ring fingers touching each other; open and erect the tips of the two little fingers straight, about one inch apart; press the two thumbs against the side creases of the second joints of the two ring fingers; join the wrists; bend the index fingers so their tips touch each other; and move the index fingers back and forth."
