「反叉後二指掌中並竪，二中指頭相柱小曲，二頭指各在二中指背頭當中指第三節，勿著小許，並二大指頭捻中指第二節，頭指來去。」

"Reversely interlock the last two fingers inside the palms and erect them together; touch the tips of the two middle fingers together and bend them slightly; place the two index fingers on the backs of the two middle fingers, with their tips at the third joints of the middle fingers, slightly separated without touching; pinch the second joints of the middle fingers with the tips of both thumbs; and move the index fingers back and forth."
