「准前身印，唯改二頭指竪頭相捻，以二中指各苾頭指上節背側過頭相柱，并屈二大指入於掌內。先當頂戴，至心恭敬至心誦呪曰：
"As with the previous body mudrā, only change the two index fingers by standing them erect with their tips touching; twist the two middle fingers past the back of the upper joints of the index fingers with their tips touching; and bend the two thumbs into the palms. First place it upon the head, and with utmost sincerity and respect, recite the mantra with the utmost sincerity, saying:
