「准前身印，改二頭指直竪相去四寸半，并二大指直竪去中指八分，誦佛頂心呪至要第四遍，二頭指漸漸屈入掌，呪滿十一遍，及手印和南頂禮向內散去。奉請印請作花光印，蓮華捧足亦名花光印。

Following the previous body mudrā, only change the two index fingers so that they stand erect four and a half inches apart, and the two thumbs stand erect eight-tenths of an inch from the middle fingers. Recite the Buddhoṣṇīṣa Essence Mantra up to the crucial fourth repetition; gradually bend the two index fingers into the palms. When the mantra has been completed eleven times, pay homage with folded hands, bow reverently, and release [the mudrā] inwards. As for the mudrā of welcoming invitation, make the Flower-Light Mudrā; the Lotus Upholding the Feet is also named the Flower-Light Mudrā.
