爾時十方諸佛各各令菩薩獻大神呪，一切金剛示現神變說呪奉上，乃至天龍鬼神、藥叉大將、諸仙人等皆現神變說呪奉上，皆言：「我呪有大威力，能伏毒惡。」如是等眾無量無邊無數悉皆雲集，咸作是言：「世尊！我今欲說如是神呪。唯願聽許。」

At that time, the Buddhas of the ten directions each had their bodhisattvas present great divine mantras. All the vajras manifested divine transformations, pronounced mantras, and presented them. Even the devas, dragons, ghosts, spirits, yakṣa generals, and all the ṛṣis manifested divine transformations, pronounced mantras, and presented them, all saying, "Our mantras possess great majestic power and can subdue venomous evil." Limitless, boundless, and countless such assemblies gathered like clouds, all speaking thus: "World-Honoured One! We now desire to utter such divine mantras. We pray only that you grant us permission."
