大聖妙吉祥菩薩說除災教令法輪 1.49

時文殊師利菩薩告大眾言：「我從聞此教法已來，常為眾生如是演說，一切如來當證知我。宣說教令除災法輪竟，汝等諸天眾當如佛教敬順奉行。」爾時諸天聞說此經已，皆大歡喜，異口同音咸作是言：「敬依聖旨，不敢違越。」信受奉行，作禮而去。

Then Mañjuśrī Bodhisattva addressed the great assembly, saying: "Ever since I heard this teaching, I have constantly proclaimed it thus for the sake of sentient beings; all Tathāgatas shall bear witness to me. Having finished expounding the Dharma wheel of commands for averting calamities, you host of devas should respectfully follow and practice it according to the Buddha's teaching." At that time, having heard this sūtra preached, all the devas rejoiced greatly and with one voice all spoke these words: "We respectfully rely upon the holy command and dare not transgress it." Having received it with faith and practiced it, they made obeisance and departed.
