經：南方金剛寶菩薩摩訶薩，手持金剛摩尼，放日色光，與四俱胝菩薩往護其國。
The sūtra says: 'In the southern direction, Vajraratna Bodhisattva Mahāsattva holds a vajra-maṇi in his hand, emits sunlight-colored radiance, and together with four koṭis of bodhisattvas goes to protect that state.'
