准上誦三遍，運心廣布次第普浴一切聖眾，於頂上散。由獻閼伽故，從勝解行地乃至法雲地，於地地中十方法界諸佛菩薩皆悉加護獲諸灌頂。

Following the above, recite three times. Mentally project and broadly spread [the visualization of] universally bathing all holy assemblies in sequence, then release it above the crown. Because of offering argha, from the adhimukticaryā-bhūmi up to the dharmameghā-bhūmi, on each and every stage the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the dharma-realm of the ten directions all bestow protection and one obtains all consecrations.
