Recite this mantra three times without sound—let this be known as the rule for all below—and release it above the crown. Because of forming this mudrā and reciting this Tathāgata Family Samaya mantra, all the Buddhas of the dharma-realm of the ten directions gather like clouds to fill empty space, bestowing adhiṣṭhāna upon the practitioner to be free from all obstacles and afflictions, to have their three karmas purified, and quickly to accomplish the practices and vows they cultivate.
