開府儀同三司特進試鴻臚卿肅國公食邑三千戶賜紫贈司空謚大鑒正號大廣智大興善寺三藏沙門不空奉　詔譯

Translated under imperial decree by the Śramaṇa Amoghavajra, Tripiṭaka Master of Daxingshan Monastery, Specially Advanced, Acting Chamberlain for the Court of Imperial Regalia, Duke of the State of Su with a Fief of Three Thousand Households, Granted the Purple Robe, Posthumously Conferred the Title of Minister of Works, Posthumous Name Dajian, Official Title Great and Broad Wisdom, Opening the Office with the Same Ranks as the Three Excellencies.
