So tiṇṇaṃ saṃyojanānaṃ parikkhayā sotāpanno hoti avinipātadhammo niyato sambodhiparāyaṇo.

With the ending of three fetters they’re a stream-enterer, not liable to be reborn in the underworld, assured, destined for awakening.
