Iti bhagavā paccayākāramūḷhassa diṭṭhigatikassa ettakena kathāmaggena vaṭṭaṃ kathetvā idāni vivaṭṭaṃ kathento yato kho pana, ānanda, bhikkhūtiādimāha.

Thus the Blessed One, having explained the round to the holder of views who is deluded about the mode of conditionality by this course of discussion, now, explaining the cessation of the round, said: ‘When, however, Ānanda, a bhikkhu...’ and so forth.
