Yo hi tattha dakkho analaso sampajāno paṭissato ayaṃ vuccatāvuso: ‘bhikkhu porāṇe aggaññe ariyavaṃse ṭhito’.
A mendicant who is deft, tireless, aware, and mindful in this is said to stand in the ancient, primordial noble custom.
