Pāmojjabahuloti imaṃ dhammadesanaṃ satthā veḷuvane viharanto vakkalittheraṃ ārabbha kathesi.
Full of joy. This religious instruction was given by the Teacher while he was in residence at Veḷuvana with reference to Elder Vakkali.
