Udakañhi nayantīti imaṃ dhammadesanaṃ satthā jetavane viharanto paṇḍitasāmaṇeraṃ ārabbha kathesi.
_Ditch-diggers lead the water._ This religious instruction was given by the Teacher while he was in residence at Jetavana with reference to the novice Paṇḍita.
