Santaṃ tassa manaṃ hotīti imaṃ dhammadesanaṃ satthā jetavane viharanto tissattherassa sāmaṇeraṃ ārabbha kathesi.
His thoughts are calm. This religious instruction was given by the Teacher while he was in residence at Jetavana with reference to a novice of the Elder Tissa.
