Sahassamapi ce vācāti imaṃ dhammadesanaṃ satthā veḷuvane viharanto tambadāṭhikacoraghātakaṃ ārabbha kathesi.

*Though a speech consist of a thousand words.* This religious instruction was given by the Teacher while he was in residence at Veḷuvana with reference to Copper-tooth, a public executioner.
