Cakkhunā saṃvaro sādhu,
sādhu sotena saṃvaro;
Ghānena saṃvaro sādhu,
sādhu jivhāya saṃvaro.
Restraint in the eye is good, good is restraint in the ear, in the nose restraint is good, good is restraint in the tongue.
