Iti kho, aggivessana, udako rāmaputto sabrahmacārī me samāno ācariyaṭṭhāne ca maṃ ṭhapesi, uḷārāya ca maṃ pūjāya pūjesi.
And that is how my spiritual companion Uddaka son of Rāma placed me in the position of a tutor and honored me with high praise.
