Ākaṅkheyya ce, bhikkhave, bhikkhu: ‘parasattānaṃ parapuggalānaṃ cetasā ceto paricca pajāneyyaṃ—
A mendicant might wish: ‘May I understand the minds of other beings and individuals, having encompassed them with my mind.
