An evil-natured soul and a vile person, even if distinguished and exceptional in the perfection of skill and learning, who for a time
by affectation and dissimulation presents himself to people in the guise of the noble elite and the class of freeborn men, will inevitably,
by virtue of the decree "A vein is an ingrainer," have his vile vein draw him toward wickedness and treachery: "Say, each acts according to his disposition"; and
the outcomes of his affairs will be joined and bound to malignity, betrayal, and hostility.
