71.42

نشاید کرد هر کس محرم رازکه ناگه دشمنی گردد کمین ساز ز بهر گفتنش گر بایدت یار ز دل محرم تری دیگر میندار چه در کتب حکمای گذشته مسطور است: هر کاری که مرد خردمند عاقبتاندیش و روشن رای دوربین را پیش آید و همت او بر اتمام آن مقصور و خاطرش به پرداخت آن متعلق بود و بهقدر قدرت انسانی و وسع طاقت بشری در اخفای آن آثار صبر جمیل به اظهار رساند.

It is not fitting to make anyone a confidant of secrets, / lest suddenly an enemy lie in ambush.
If you need a companion to speak of it, / consider none more intimate than your own heart.'
For it is written in the books of the ancient sages: 'Whatever task confronts an intelligent, prudent, and
far-sighted man of clear intellect, and his resolution is restricted to completing it and his mind is occupied with attending to it,
